IS P.J.ART PRODUCTION COMPANY A PRODUCTION COMPANY OR AN AGENCY?

Our company is a production company. We are particular about clear realization of the whole event and we are able to achieve this only by doing our work ourselves – i.e. we build the podium, take pictures of the event, connect instrumentation and other work for which it is not necessary to have specially trained workers. We do agency job only within musical performances, exhibitions, etc.

WHAT EVENTS ARE YOU ABLE TO ORGANIZE?

We are able to organize the events from those with a low budget to medium events and even to the biggest events such as ceremonials of European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2011.

We organize not only sports events but also social events such as balls, fashion shows, children's days and open doors for companies, including the tour of the factory. For more detailed idea, see our 'Reference' section where you can find a portfolio of the already passed events.

We are able to organize all the events from A to Z – from the very first suggestion, through the realization, including e.g. graphical design of posters, tickets, promotion in media to the final completion of the event in the form of e.g. video or photos.

The procedure differs in given request, however it always has several common characteristics. First, we agree on a personal appointment where we discuss more detailed information about the event (who is the target group, what your idea is, extent of the event, an event budget, etc.). On the basis of our appointment, we will prepare the offer and we will introduce it to you personally. We do not organize the events because they have to take place but because we do not want them to be forgotten. We always try to find something thanks to which your event will be exceptional.
